Do you handle tenant improvement (TI) work for landlords?

Can you coordinate with our IT/AV teams?

Yes — two approaches: (1) pre-fab acoustic pods (Framery, Loop Phone Booths, ROOM) that we install + power + ventilate, or (2) custom-built acoustic rooms with resilient channels, acoustic insulation, sealed doors. Pre-fab is faster, custom is more integrated.
How long does an office build-out take?
Single meeting room addition: 1-2 weeks. Mid-scope renovation (multiple rooms): 4-8 weeks. Full floor tenant fit-out: 10-20 weeks depending on complexity. Key timeline factors: landlord approvals (2-4 weeks), permit approvals (4-8 weeks for major work), specialty material lead times.
Can you do open-plan to private office conversions (or vice versa)?
Yes — both directions common. Open-to-private: partition walls, doors, electrical for new offices, HVAC zoning. Private-to-open: demo walls, ceiling grid repair, flooring continuity, electrical relocations. Phased to keep half the office working.
Do you handle landlord approvals?
Yes — landlord approval packages (drawings, materials list, COI, contractor list, work schedule, building services requested) prepared and submitted by us. We coordinate with the building’s property management for all required reviews and approvals.
What about ergonomic and biophilic design elements?
