Terms of Service

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the "Terms") govern your use of the RenoHeal Portal (the "App") and the services provided by RenoHeal Inc. ("RenoHeal," "we," "our," or "us"), a handyman and renovation business based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

The App is a business tool used by RenoHeal to manage jobs, schedules, customers, quotes, invoices, and subcontractor settlements. Access is provided to RenoHeal’s authorized staff, subcontractors, and customers for purposes related to RenoHeal’s services.

RenoHeal grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for legitimate business purposes connected to RenoHeal. You may not:

• Copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App to compete with RenoHeal or to harm RenoHeal or its customers.
• Allow unauthorized persons to access the App through your account.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and as intended.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share access.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, its data, or connected services.
• Do not upload harmful code or interfere with the App’s operation.

The App connects to QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc., to create and manage invoices, customers, and related records within RenoHeal’s own QuickBooks company.

• Your use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies.
• The connection authenticates through Intuit’s secure authorization process; we do not receive or store your QuickBooks password.
• The connection can be disconnected at any time from the App’s settings or from within the relevant Intuit account.
• RenoHeal is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of Intuit’s services.

Quotes and invoices generated through the App reflect the work agreed upon between RenoHeal and the customer.

• Prices, taxes (including HST where applicable), and totals are shown on each invoice.
• Payment terms are stated on the invoice.
• Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a third-party payment provider subject to that provider’s terms.

Information entered into the App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

The App, its design, and its content are owned by RenoHeal or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Important: The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenoHeal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms or where required to protect our business, customers, or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The current version always lives at renoheal.ca/terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
